Simon leads the litigation practice and is also responsible for the firm’s professional development program.
Simon joined the firm as Partner in December 2015 and is based in Sydney.
A devoted father, Simon is also a student of Iyengar yoga and self-confessed MAMIL.
A Director of the firm, Kelly is responsible for design and delivery of the core business processes for our mortgage lending and recovery practices.
Prior to joining Galilee in 2016, Kelly spent more than 10 years in projects and technology at Gadens, primarily focussed on outsource solutions for major lenders.
Kelly is an industry leader in process excellence and SQL reporting and is a key part of our leadership team for both our mortgages and recoveries offerings.
Sam is a banking and recoveries specialist. With 25 years' legal experience, Sam acts for banks and others in the lending industry, in matters ranging from residential mortgage default to complex loan recovery disputes. He also acts for the credit departments of companies and insurers in unsecured recovery actions.
Sam holds a bachelor's degree in law from Sydney University and a Master's Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from UNSW. He has been a councillor for the NSW Division of the Australian Institute of Credit Management for ten years, delivering many papers and seminars on credit and insolvency issues.
Sam joined the firm in July 2018 as a Partner in the Sydney office.
